Public Health is seeking input from people who use drugs (other than cannabis, alcohol or tobacco), who live in Wellington County, Dufferin County or the City of Guelph, and who are 16 or older, to help inform local strategies, identify service needs and provide a better understanding of substance use in the community.

Fill out their 15-minute anonymous survey and you could win one of three $50 gift cards.  The deadline to complete the online community drug use survey has been extended to May 30, 2019.
