Clerk's Division

The Clerk’s Office works with all departments within the organization to provide advice and assistance with respect to legislative and procedural matters.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Council and Committee coordination and support
  • Main reception
  • Corporate records management
  • Ensure compliance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and respond to formal record requests
  • Coordination of legal services
  • Corporate communications including maintaining corporate website, social media accounts, and issuing media releases
