Clerk's Division
The Clerkâs Office works with all departments within the organization to provide advice and assistance with respect to legislative and procedural matters.
Responsibilities Include:
- Council and Committee coordination and support
- Main reception
- Corporate records management
- Ensure compliance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and respond to formal record requests
- Coordination of legal services
- Corporate communications including maintaining corporate website, social media accounts, and issuing media releases
