Visiting Dufferin Oaks
Effective December 17, 2024 masking is required within Dufferin Oaks. All non-essential visits and guest meals are cancelled.
Visiting Hours are 9 am – 9 pm daily.
If you are feeling unwell, please postpone your visit. Those experiencing symptoms of respiratory or other illness are not permitted to enter the facility.
Before entering the facility, everyone must screen themselves for COVID-19 and other respiratory viruses using the Screening Questionnaire posted at the door. Additional Visiting Restrictions may be implemented upon guidance from Public Health and/or the Ministry of Long-Term Care.

Can’t make it in person to visit? Dufferin Oaks is pleased to provide our Connect 2U Program.
In an effort to keep residents connected with their family and friends, the Connect 2U program provides video chats and emails for residents. Questions regarding the program can be sent to Angie Matthews: dufferinoaks@dufferincounty.ca.
You can email your loved one at: doresidents@dufferincounty.ca. Be sure to include your name and the resident’s name.

Booking a Tour
Tours of our facility are conducted on Wednesday afternoons. Pre-registration is required. Contact our Resident Accounting Clerk at 519-925-2140 ext. 5237 or dufferinoaks@dufferincounty.ca to reserve your spot.
