Dufferin County Community Support Services (DCCSS) is a non-profit agency funded by Ontario Health and operated by the County of Dufferin.
DCCSS is located in the Mel Lloyd Centre, at 167 Centre Street, Shelburne. To enquire or book programs or services, please call us at 519-925-5452 ext. 5200.
It was established in 1985 to provide services to assist older adults and adults with disabilities to remain in the familiar surroundings of their own homes.

- Home Respite Services
- Adult Day Program
- Home Help
- Congregate Dining
- Transportation Personal Support Worker Escort Service
- Assisted Living referrals
- Bathing Program
DCCSS Provides:
- Co-ordination of a range of community support services
- Individual and personalized service plans developed through home visits
- Linkages to appropriate community resources
- Organization of Community Health and Education Clinics
- Partnerships with Community Organizations to ensure ongoing development of health services
- A caring and competent team of staff, service providers, and volunteers.

DCCSS works diligently to support the needs of our participants. We are following the advice and guidance of the Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health and the Ontario Public Health Agencies to reduce the risks associated with our participants and staff.
