Climate Intern

Reporting to the Manager of Climate and Energy, the successful candidate will be assisting the Climate and Energy Division with various initiatives to advance the Dufferin Climate Action Plan, the Dufferin Climate Adaptation Plan and other climate-related strategies both within the organization and community.

What you’ll do

  • Community outreach and education at community events
  • Research and analysis, including program, training and policy reviews
  • Administrative functions with developing and coordinating local municipal climate plans.

To be eligible, youth must:
